Aurora's Speciality Meats: |
Aurora is proud to offer a variety of cuts and selection. We have been making our homemade fresh Italian sausage for over 50 years. Our sausage selection also includes honey garlic, chicken, liver and our famous Barese sausage. Try our marinated shishkabobs in beef, pork and chicken, our gourmet burgers, chicken burgers, and our fall off the bone succulent pork baby back ribs. Our steaks are aged to perfection and can be custom cut to your needs, great everyday or for your perfect summer BBQ get together. We carry fresh Ontario lamb daily. During BBQ season we also offer specialty items such as lamb and pork spieducci. Spieduccis grills are also available on site. Ask our staff for details.
We offer fresh Ontario pork shoulders and hams for home sausage making. Speak to one of our meat cutters for customized orders.

Aurora's Beef and Veal: |
| At Aurora we age our beef for 21 to 28 days to ensure quality and tender meats every time. Veal is brought in fresh daily. Roasts and steaks are cut to your perfection. We offer customers freshly ground meats as per their request. Veal and beef cutlets are freshly sliced for every order. Fresh beef and veal for stir fries, stews and soups are always available. |
Aurora's Poultry: |
Our poultry selection offers a large variety of prepared items such as chicken cordon bleu, butterflied and marinated whole chickens and breasts, breaded chicken cutlets and Aurora’s homemade stuffed chicken breasts. Perfect for weeknight or weekend entertaining. Dinners made easy and delicious. Choose from our large selection of whole chickens, capons, stewing hens, quails, breasts, thighs, legs and wings for great good home chicken baking and grilling. |
